Here is Ali Lohan doing her best at trying to grab attention from her mother, the media, any number of failed father figures, black "record producers", creepy older white "club promoters" who are 55 and have extreme faux hawks, and basically anyone who willing to give it.
How do you get attention when your sister has wrote the book on it, in this case it seems a heavy eating disorder. Don't get me wrong skinny girls are where its at, but I think we can all agree this picture is sad. Its always sad when a potentially hot and probably loose girl ruins her looks. On the bright side she has one of top collections of puke filled Tupperware under her bed on the west coast.
