That 10 you see is Barbara Palvin. And yes she is the hottest person ever named Barbara. And she was born in 1993 so while although makes me feel crazy old, it is still legal and the best kind of legal...barely legal. She was born in Budapest, which I dont much about besides that are really really into Michael Jackson over there.
